FIND YOUR WAY Around

There comes a moment in life when you stop and ask yourself, “What’s next?” The routines that once filled your days, the roles you’ve embraced for years—they start to shift. The kids are growing up, life is slowing down in some ways, and for the first time in a long time, there’s space to think about you.

So often the topic of self-worth comes up and it’s a topic we don’t really know what to do with. It’s easy to feel like everyone else has a sense of inner confidence, a belief in their own value, while you’re left wondering, “How do I get there?” Building self-worth and confidence is not about grand gestures or perfection; it’s about finding a deep, quiet belief in yourself that grows from within.

There’s a unique kind of dissatisfaction that creeps in when life is okay. The career is stable, relationships are solid, and the responsibilities are being handled. Or maybe everything isn’t really even okay but you’ve fallen into a rut. You’re keeping the ball rolling but you’re on autopilot.

Break Free From

For years, my deeply rooted childhood beliefs dictated my life. And during tough times in life, I coped by pouring myself in work and staying way too busy as a hair stylist and later a salon owner. Eventually, the years of trauma, grief and over-working habits all caught up with my body and my health began to decline.  This is when I hired my first coach - and it changed my life.

We empower women to rise together.

Her Path to Purpose Coaching is more than just a program—it’s a sanctuary where women come to refill their cups, reconnect with their power, and rise together. As women, we pour ourselves into everything and everyone around us, often forgetting that in order to keep pouring, we must first fill our own cup.

This is your time—it always has been.
