My Story

Finding Purpose Through Life’s Challenges

I grew up in a family that taught me the value of perseverance. My dad served in Desert Storm and was often deployed, and though I didn’t get to see him as much as I wanted, I deeply admired his dedication. My mom, raising three children largely on her own, pursued her dream of becoming a nurse while overcoming her own learning disability to show us that hard work and determination can truly make anything possible. I learned early on that life doesn’t come without challenges, but it’s how you rise through them that defines your story.

During my childhood, my grandparents played a huge role in my life. They were my guiding lights, stepping in when my dad was far away, and I will forever be grateful for the love and stability they provided. Their presence shaped much of who I am today, and I wouldn’t be the person I am without their influence. They loved me through more than I'd care to admit.

As a young adult, I struggled to find my own positive path. In 2003 at just 21, I married the love of my life, and after 21 years of marriage, I can proudly say we’re still going strong. My husband has truly been one of God’s greatest gifts. Our marriage hasn’t always been easy. After just a few years of marriage and having our first child, we faced some serious struggles. But through commitment, marriage counseling, and sheer determination, we transformed our relationship, turning it into something stronger than we ever imagined. And when it came time to have our second child, we finally were blessed with what felt like a miracle after 4+ years of trying and years of battling stage 4 endometriosis.

As I was finding my footing, life threw more challenges my way. Both of my grandfathers were diagnosed with cancer, and we spent months caring for them. These were some of the hardest times I’ve experienced, but they taught me so much about strength, resilience, and the importance of family and God. Losing them left a hole in my heart, but I turned my grief into motivation.

And though it turned out good, I didn’t do this for the right reasons. I took a leap and bought the salon I had been working at, using work as a way to channel my energy and cope with the loss instead of dealing with my grief the right way.

For years, I had been weighed down by limiting beliefs—thinking I wasn’t good enough, smart enough, or capable enough to pursue my dreams. But I finally broke through those chains.

I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s disease after years of searching for answers and living with crippling fibromyalgia. It was a difficult journey. I had to learn to slow down, to pay attention to my mental and physical health. And today, for the first time, I’m ahead of my health and feeling strong. I did this by learning to be still and present.

One thing my childhood had programed me to believe was that nothing good lasts and letting go of and healing that belief was part of how got to where I am today. My faith played a dominate part of my healing and through my faith and the goodness of God I was able to slowly heal my trauma, my patterns that didn’t serve me and my mindset, that had always been based in lack.

I’m present more than I thought was possible. I live in the moment instead of in fear of the future and needing control over it.

Then, due to my inability to slow down enough to heal, I faced another battle—my health.

I’ve always dreamed of creating a community of women who support and uplift each other, and that’s exactly what HER Path to Purpose Coaching is about.

It’s a space where women from all walks of life can come together, show up for each other, and pursue their highest potential. This isn’t just a coaching program—it’s a movement of women reclaiming their power, finding their purpose, and building a future they’re excited about, together.

It’s a community.
A safe place.
A haven for your dreams and the support you need to pursue them.

I couldn’t be more excited to see what we’re going to create together.

Through this community, we foster a ripple effect of goodness—because when women are loved well and rise together, they create lasting change in their families, communities, and beyond.

next value

Our Heart & Soul Principles!

core values, aka:

1. It Takes a Village.

We often hear this when it comes to raising children, but the truth is, women need a village too. We thrive when we push, support, and show up for each other. This is a space built for women to help one another rise, where we lean in, lift each other up, and sometimes, we carry each other through. Growth and change are hard—doing it alone is harder. Here, you’ll never have to walk your path in isolation. Whether it’s pain, struggle, or joy, we’re in this together.

01/05

2. This is a Safe Space.

Support, love, and accountability are the cornerstones of this community. The standards are high, and boundaries are respected. Privacy and trust are non-negotiable. Vulnerability requires safety, and this space is sacred for that purpose. We hold ourselves and each other accountable to protect the environment where we can be our truest selves, free from judgment or fear.

02/05

3. It’s Not the Critic Who Counts.

Judgment and assumptions have no place here. You never know the depth of someone’s story or the battles they’re facing. This is a space where being brave enough to show up as your authentic self is celebrated, not criticized. We honor the courage it takes to be vulnerable and bring your struggles into the light.

03/05

4. You Can Do Hard Things.

On the other side of discomfort is the breakthrough you’ve been waiting for. Growth happens when you push beyond your comfort zone. Yes, it’s hard. If it’s not, you’re not growing. But you can do this. When you dig deep, face your challenges head-on, and embrace the struggle, what’s waiting on the other side is beyond anything you can imagine.

04/05

5. You Choose Your Hard.

Life is hard—it’s just a matter of which hard you want to choose. You can stay where you are, struggling with the familiar discomfort of stagnation, or you can choose the hard that pushes you toward your dreams. It’s your call. But only one of those options will take you where you want to go.

Meet Ali

Hey there! I’m Ali, and I’m 30 years young! If my friends had to sum me up in three words, they'd shout: fun, random, and resourceful! My life's mission? Helping others, big or small—because someone once lent me a hand! Over the years, I’ve gathered a quirky arsenal of skills (I mean, who needs normal, right?) that give me the confidence to tackle anything with a sprinkle of elbow grease and a dash of YouTube magic! Oh, and did I mention I’m spontaneous and outgoing? I make friends wherever I go.

My brain is like a lightbulb on overdrive (some call it ADHD; I call it my secret superpower)
My memory is like a steel trap!
Cows? Pure joy!
My biggest nightmare? Becoming a fossil!
Favorite food? Hot dogs, baby!

why we can't live without ali

Ali is not only brilliant and probably one of the most resourceful women I've ever met, she is a light bulb. Ali’s joy lights up a room. It’s absolutely contagious. She brings so much power with her positive attitude and she keeps me believing that we can do anything. You can't doubt her and she’s not often wrong. Anything Ali wants to do she will find a way. She is a driving force and I couldn’t do any of what I do without her. She is a blessing beyond words.

*When I’m not working, I’m learning to freedive—it's a new adventure that I’m absolutely loving! I also have a thing for cleaning in my free time; it’s way cheaper (and more satisfying) than therapy! And, of course, I squeeze in workouts, even when they’re tough, because taking care of our health is always worth it. Much love!*

why we can't live without Reina

Reina was actually referred to me by my coach and MY GOODNESS I don’t know what I ever did without her! Truly, she has changed how I do everything. She helped me organize my entire life it feels like. Here skills for organization and processes is unlike anything I've ever experienced. But aside from her skill set so is fun and kind. She just gets it. She has such passion for people and what she does. I think everyone needs a Reina, they just can’t have mine.

Meet Kimmy

Hello everyone! My name is Kimberly, a 28-year-old mom with two sons who bring chaos to my life these days, which I am extremely grateful for. I am a shy and quiet person until I get to know you and even then, I'm just quiet. I’m a God-fearing woman and I love extending help and support to those who need it. For me it's a way to give back to the community and have a positive influence on those around me. I've always been a selfless, kind and caring person, even as a child. It's nice to meet you.

Hello everyone! My name is Kimberly. To introduce myself I will tell you a little bit about myself. I am 28 years of age and have two sons. They bring all the chaos to my life these days, which I am extremely grateful for. I would most definitely say I am a very shy and quiet person until I get to know you and even then, I'm just quiet. I absolutely love animals. I’m a God-fearing woman and I love extending help and support to those who need it. For me it's a way to give back to the community and have a positive influence on those around me. I've always been a selfless, kind and caring person, even as a child. My mom always got compliments because of how polite i was for being so young. She always said I somehow picked up on that myself. Somewhere along the line, between life and my own choices I had many hardships I had faced as a young adult. Looking back now i can see the hardships I faced helped mold my values even deeper. The bad in my life has influenced the good I want to put back into the world- to help others that need love and support. These hardships I faced have in return blessed me with wisdom, empathy, gratefulness, patience, and perseverance. Nice to meet you.

Kimmy is one of those women who possess this incredible quiet strength. She's quiet but thoughtful. She is resilient and kind. She gets things done in a way that she makes it look so easy. She doesn’t hold back or need time to think, she just moves forward. Kimmy has been in my life for a long time. She is the mother of my 2 nephews and she is my family. She is loving and kind and possesses a quiet peace about her that always amazes me. I wouldn’t be here today if it wasn’t for all of her help and support.
